About Us

Management & Support Processes was established primarily to provide new start up companies and established SMEs with consultancy and support services on quality management systems. In particular this is to provide a service where the client has insufficient resource or expertise or cannot justify employing full time staff to undertake the necessary tasks required with introducing, maintaining, revising or transitioning a QMS.

The company utilises qualified and experienced consultants whom have many years experience with both SMEs and corporate entities working to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025 & ISO 14001 standards. Our current primary activities are assisting companies with transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 as the deadlines for this are fast approaching. Our consultants have experience in a number of industries however, we have a special focus on scientific and medical device businesses whether they are manufacturing or service and sales based organisations.

We however, are able to provide task based services on quality as follows: auditing, CAPA management, establishing SOPs, VOC surveys, management review, complaint management, post market activities, training, etc..

We also offer consultancy services for health & safety. In this area we offer a contract service to act as our client's health & safety officers. These contracts are tailored to meet the needs of the client and range from being retained for support and advise or attending site for a number of days per year. We are however, able to work on an ad hoc basis or on a task based service as follows: inspections, audits, dangerous goods advisor, establishing SOPs, policy introduction, training, etc. In addition other management support services are available.
